  • Understand their strengths and areas for improvement
  • Optionally connect with vetted lenders (with explicit consent)

Important: Fundora is an educational tool, not a financial advisory service. Our assessments do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

Disclaimers

Please read these disclaimers carefully before using Fundora:

Not Financial Advice

Fundora does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Our assessment is an educational tool designed to help you understand your loan readiness. You should consult with qualified financial advisors, accountants, and attorneys before making any financial decisions.

No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Our assessment does not guarantee loan approval from any lender. Lenders have their own underwriting criteria, risk assessments, and approval processes. Your actual loan eligibility may differ from our assessment.

AI-Generated Content Limitations

Our reports are generated using AI (Claude by Anthropic). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or limitations. We recommend verifying any critical information with professional advisors.

Scores Are Estimates

The qualification scores provided in our assessments are estimates based on general lending criteria. They are not official credit scores or lender-specific approval ratings. Different lenders may evaluate your business differently.
